the staff, including the Manager Nayan, were extremely helpful and courteous. the modern interior of the rooms was nicely done, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. What stood out to me the most was the 24-hour running hot & cold water facility in the bathroom. This attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. I am truly grateful for the special care and service provided by the hotel. Thank you.
